Focuses on the athletes' performance and development through dynamic and multi-directional movements and explosiveness.

Participants engage in a range of activities:

  • Proper Warm-Up Techniques

  • Core Strength Stabilization

  • Upper and Lower Body Strength Exercises

  • Functional Training Modalities

  • Proper Nutrition

  • Post-Workout Cool Down 

Speed, Agility, Quickness (SAQ)

Designed to teach athletes the proper techniques and skills necessary to improve their athletic performance and reduce injury prevention.

Our goal is to improve Speed, Agility, and Quickness (SAQ) through the use of plyometric training, various drills (ex. Dynamic and sprint drills), and explosive movements. Our program can assist both your offensive and defensive players.

Some specialty sports include: Basketball, Lacrosse, Football, and Track & Field.

Annual scholarship 5K run/walk

During the Fall (October), PFiT and The Just Love Foundation, Inc. (JLF) have partnered during the last few years to hold our Annual Scholarship 5K Run/Walk at Jamaica Pond! This event benefits The Just Love Foundation (JLF) Scholarship Fund (501c3) for high school seniors towards college scholarships.

Seasonal Activities

Although we focus on training in the gym, we also like to provide a number of outings and activities for our PFiT community to interact with one another such as: group hikes (Spring and Fall), rock climbing, and bowling to name a few!
